What we collect
Trotters collects minimal data. We store your Nostr public key, provider profile information (if you are a provider), and billing records for provider fee payments. We do not require your real name, email address, or phone number to use the platform as a customer.
What we don't collect
We cannot read your messages — they are encrypted end-to-end with NIP-44. We do not track your location. We do not store your payment tokens or wallet balances. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Provider verification data
Providers who complete identity verification submit personal documents. Verification is processed securely and documents are not retained after verification is complete. Only the cryptographic attestation of verification is stored.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, and no third-party advertising. We use Cloudflare for hosting, which may collect minimal server logs for security purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since Trotters is built on open protocols, most of your data is already under your control. Contact us at privacy@trotters.cc for any data requests.
